Willard "Bill" Drawn Frederick served as Mayor of Orlando from 1980 to 1992 succeeding long-time Mayor Carl T. Langford. I photographed Mayor Frederick in his office at the Orlando City Hall prior to the building being imploded October 25,1991, as part of the filming of the movie "Lethal Weapon 3" starring Danny Glover and Mel Gibson.
